This exciting e-commerce project involved a custom design for a new brand eager to branch out online.
Chimes Home and Garden approached ICAAL to design and build a modern website with e-commerce functionality. Their old website had issues with previous web hosting, and had no E-Commerce functionality. They were keen to branch out online and display their fantastic range of home and garden furniture.
We carried out all of the design and development. This included back-end functionality, a bespoke online shop and custom order management system. The website was built with a bespoke content management system (CMS) to make content and product updates quickly and easily.
Within the first week of launching, the brand had over 200,000 Facebook likes!
The new website allows customers to purchase home and garden furniture thanks to a custom checkout process. The bespoke CMS system allows for easy product and order management, whilst the payment gateway APIs provide fast and secure transactions.
To further promote their products online, the website featured SEO optimised content for their product offering – all 220 products!
