Bringing the Team Together
One of the most valuable aspects of the Summit was the chance for colleagues from across the organisation to connect outside of the office. As ICAAL continues to grow and expand its capabilities, creating space for teams to share ideas, exchange perspectives, and forge plans for the future is critical.
Following a welcoming reception and well-enjoyed buffet, the various teams and departments took their seats in the conference room to watch and engage with a series of presentations showcasing our thought leadership and practical advancements in internal systems and processes, digital marketing best practices, and our employee value proposition.
