About Us
ICAAL is an award-winning, full-service creative agency located in beautiful Grade 2* listed offices in Southampton’s city centre.
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in building relationships, managing multiple client accounts, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
While experience in digital marketing is a bonus, it is not essential—we are committed to supporting your growth and development in this area as you settle into the role.
We pride ourselves on offering a healthy work/life balance, a supportive working environment, and a fantastic team culture. Our commitment to training and development ensures career progression and job satisfaction.
This in-office role will integrate you into a successful and forward-thinking company that actively invests in its people, equipment, and premises.

This role offers real autonomy, allowing you to make key decisions and solve problems independently, while also benefiting from the support of a collaborative and experienced team.
We are looking for someone with a track record of managing and growing client accounts, who enjoys being client-facing and thrives on building lasting relationships. Experience in B2B account management is desirable, and experience in the home improvement sector would be a significant advantage.
