AIDA helped Window Warehouse capture enquiries outside working hours, ensuring no potential lead was missed. Their objective was to implement a smart, reliable tool capable of delivering accurate information while guiding website visitors toward becoming qualified leads.
Since launch, we have continuously monitored and refined AIDA’s performance. Using detailed data tracking, structured prompts, and ongoing updates, we have enhanced the chat platform’s knowledge and responsiveness.
This iterative approach has ensured AIDA remains accurate, intelligent, and effective in converting customer enquiries into meaningful sales opportunities.

Droyslden Glass
The intelligent Droylsden Glass chat bot – created bespoke for them – streamlines customer enquiries by handling common questions and directing users efficiently. Together, we leverage AIDA’s re-engagement capabilities, using the platform to reconnect with existing customers.
We launched two targeted campaigns through WhatsApp and SMS, promoting Droylsden’s 43rd birthday celebrations and driving renewed customer interest and engagement.
Building on the success of these campaigns, a further AIDA-powered re-engagement campaign commenced in January 2026, supporting an upcoming event and continuing to strengthen customer relationships.

Nolan uPVC
For Nolan uPVC, the primary goal was to deploy an intelligent, lead-capturing chat bot using AIDA.
Launched in May, AIDA has been consistently refined throughout the year to improve accuracy, deepen product knowledge, and maximise lead generation across the website.
Into 2026 and beyond, Nolan uPVC plan to expand their use of AIDA by introducing re-engagement campaigns, allowing them to recapture missed opportunities and further increase conversions.
