For this project, ICAAL’s Digital team started with the innovative online quoting engine that is embedded into almost every website they launch. From there, ICAAL worked closely with the client to add the individual customisation options and enhancements that homeowners will eventually be able to choose from. In total, there are 21 different stages that the user can select an option from.
Included in this are Quickslide’s range of coloured foils, as well as different handle and hardware options and Secured by Design upgrades. Users can also specify the exact dimensions of their desired sash windows to the nearest millimetre. The result of this is more accurate quotes for homeowners than they would get with any other manufacturer.
At the end of the customisation and configuration stage, users are prompted to confirm which field they work in, with options for homeowners, installers and builders. Quickslide can therefore manage these leads and enquiries effectively through the right means, whether that be speaking to an installer over the phone or putting a homeowner in touch with local registered companies.
By using their own CRM and dashboard, Quickslide can be sure that all leads are catered for, ensuring a more seamless service when dealing with those from their various fields.
